A delicious event, perfect to celebrate mums! Enjoy a three-course shared Australian style Mother’s Day lunch and bottomless sparkling on May 12th from 12noon – 3pm at Edwin Wine Bar and Cellar, within Shadow Play by Peppers Hotel. Adorned by a wall of cellared wines spanning the entire width of the venue, Edwin Wine Bar omits a sense of style and seduction, with soft lighting and cool jazz tunes sending you right in the mood for a relaxing long-lunch. Your all-inclusive ticket to this lunchtime event includes a three-course shared style lunch, meet and greet with Edwin’s head chef, bottomless sparking and non-alcoholic alternatives such as coffee / tea, selection of juices. Enjoy favorites such as cured kingfish, slow roast pork belly and a delicious honey butter brioche to finish. We tailor the menu to meet dietary requirements (must be pre-arranged).
