Renowned Sommelier Dan Sims (of Revel Global and Pinot Palooza) has curated the venue’s wine offering, highlighting the very best of Victoria’s wine scene. The balance of the wine list has been considered in multiple ways, through the inclusions of wine varietals from across Victorian’s diverse wine regions, styles of the wine, and the diversity of the winemakers themselves, with a gender-balanced wine list that’s an approximately equal split of female to male winemakers.
The approach to wine at Edwin is one of inclusion and accessibility to all who enjoy wine.

Delivering a true connection for makers and wine-lovers, this weekly wine tasting program is hosted with the winemakers themselves, and explores a new region of Victoria each month.
What is wine without a snack? Edwin’s celebration of all things Victorian extends to the local and seasonal produce, with a range of seasonal dishes to delight and engage locals and visitors alike. The menu includes local produce including Port Philip Sardines, L’Artisan Petit Rouge Washed Rind Brie and organic Victorian Hagen’s Organic beef.
