QUEALY WINE DINNER AT EDWIN

Kathleen Quealy is one of the most, if not the most well-known winemakers on the Peninsula. The first person to plant Pinot Gris/Grigio in Australia, she is a pioneer of the
industry.

The team at Quealy have revived an ancient winemaking technique to create new flavours
inspired by Italian wine, mastering the spirit of Italian wine making, here in Victoria.

Join us for an evening of exceptional food and wine, with Quealy showcasing six wines and
Edwin’s Head Chef, Ritesh Patil, debuting a selection of dishes from his summer menu to
compliment.
